Returns:

Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days after shipment.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including open software, mapping/chart data cards, freight truck only items, and special-order items.

Defective Products:
For defective items, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided if deemed necessary by the manufacturer. Customers must contact the manufacturer for technical support and confirmation of the defect before returning the item.

Non-Defective Returns:
Non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee., provided they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Returns showing signs of use, missing parts, or lacking proof of purchase will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
